Description: |
- Answers telephone
calls.
- Escalates tickets
and calls to senior personnel
when necessary
- Answers Help Desk
tickets in Support and Info as a
secondary responsibility
- Reads, troubleshoots
and answers Emirates Tech & Des
(FZC) company Forums
threads.
- Performs
miscellaneous job-related duties
as assigned.
